My mission is to discover and free the raw, authentic, powerfully wild Self for myself and others.

I am a Healing Artist, Writer, Dreamer,

Soul Singer, and Spirit Dancer.

     I been living the archetype of Chiron, the wounded healer who evolves to become the master healer teacher. For the past 26 years I have walked this path of the Spiritual Warrior, on a personal healing journey. My first Spiritual experiences came at the age of 7 when visiting Kripalu Ashram as a child. I was opened to Spiritual awareness and insights early in life. This has given me a strong foundation to explore self-healing, Spirit and energy work when it came time to heal my own pain later in life.

     Reiki has been one of my greatest passions. I began my Reiki journey in 1995. I became a Usui Reiki Master in 2004 and have been teaching ever since. I have since studied Karuna and Jikiden Reiki.

     Finding my voice and unique ways of expression has also been an important part of my healing. I am mostly self taught in the area of sound healing and vocal toning. I have had a committed sound practice for over 20 years and have been inspired and learned from the works of Hazrat Inyat Khan, Tom Kenyon, Jonathan Goldman, Leah Maggie Garfield, Laurel Keyes, Ted Andrews, Chloe Goodchild, Kay Gardner, Deborah Van Dyke, Mona Delfino and many others.

     I have been practicing and teaching the art of toning for over 20 years. It gives me great joy to help others free their voice and share in sacred sound and song.

     I find great pleasure in sharing sacred space with others, whether privately or in a group setting.

     I share what I have learned from my own personal journey to help support others on their path to wellness and personal freedom. I share the wisdom I have gained along my healing journey to inspire others.
